It has a nonslip rubber platform mat for better traction. This shaker has retaining springs on its platform to firmly hold 96-well titer plates. It has a built-in electrical timer, which can be set for continuous operation or for timed cycles of up to five (5) minutes. At the end of the timed cycles, the component will shut off automatically.
