The Yamato SN-300C uses an automatic high-pressure steam sterilization system and it runs on 100-120VAC and 16.5A-20A.Internal capacity is 1.1 cu. ft. (32L) and maximum working pressure is rated at 36 psi or 0.255 MPa. The temperature varies, depending on the application being used, i.e.: - 45-135°C: 45-60°C for preheating
- 40-60°C for keeping samples warm
- 65-100°C for melting
- 105-135°C for sterilization.
