LabCommerce carries the Yamato Scientific product line of autoclaves. The Yamato SN-500C is a automatic 115V model (100-120VAC) with an internal capacity of 1.7 cu. ft. (47L) and maximum working pressure is rated at 36 psi (0.255 MPa). The temperature varies, depending on the application being used, i.e.:

    45-135°C: 45-60°C for preheating
  • 40-60°C for keeping samples warm
  • 65-100°C for melting
  • 105-135°C for sterilization.
