How to Order
When placing orders, please list:
- Part Number
- Brief Description of Item
- Shipping Address
- Billing Address
- Purchase Order Number
- Contact Name, Telephone Number, Fax and Email Address
- When the order must arrive. This may impact the choice and cost for shipping.
The name of the person authorized to issue the purchase order must be legible on mailed or faxed orders.
Telephone orders must be confirmed by mail or fax. To avoid duplication, mark the confirming purchase order Confirming Only, Do Not Duplicate and send it to the attention of LabCommerce.
Terms and Conditions
We are pleased to extend the terms of Net 25 days to all customers who have established an open account with LabCommerce. All shipments will be F.O.B. San Jose, CA, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We also accept new accounts and will process orders on a C.O.D. or a prepaid basis (VISA or MasterCard) while an open account is being established. Credit applications can be sent or faxed to you. To expedite processing, we ask that applicants complete all questions and sign the application in the places indicated on both pages.
LabCommerce is required to charge applicable state and local tax on every item for which a sales tax exemption certificate has not been provided. If your purchase is for resale, we must have a completed exemption certificate on file prior to shipment.
Transportation and Risk of Loss
All prices quoted are F.O.B. San Jose, CA. All shipments will be made by UPS or common carrier, unless otherwise requested. Freight and handling charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Title, right to possession, and risk of loss shall pass at the point of shipment, even if LabCommerce selects the carrier.
Minimum bill is $25.00.
Prices are subject to change without notice, and, as a result should be confirmed. The price of goods sold are those in effect at the time you place your order. We will be pleased to furnish quotations by mail, email, fax or telephone, if so needed.
Product Design Changes
Product design changes are made from time to time. Some items you receive may differ slightly from existing illustrations or descriptions. You may be sure that these changes have been made in the interest of better performance and appearance.
Shipment and Inspection
Please check merchandise immediately upon receipt and report any errors at once. If received from carrier in damaged condition, do not fail to note this fact on the receipt and make your claim upon the carrier, promptly. If return is approved by LabCommerce, please send merchandise and accessories in original packaging materials, including boxes or crates used for freight. Our responsibility for delivery ceases after we have delivered the merchandise to the carrier in good condition. However, we will render all reasonable assistance in substantiating your claim.
Return of Goods
No returns will be accepted without prior approval from LabCommerce. When requesting a return authorization, contact the office with which you placed the order, advising them of the reason for return, date of purchase, your purchase order number and the LabCommerce invoice number. Your request will be reviewed, and if approved, you will be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number with instructions as to how and where to return the goods. Returns will be accepted only for items that are new, resaleable condition and in original factory packaging, if applicable. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge. Special order items are not returnable.
